Took in mothers hearing aids for service. In previous services the wire that mum manages to twist has also been replaced each time. This time the wire was not replaced and she was unable therfore to place the L and R. She does not see the colours. The service was not as i expected it to be, and there was no willingness to rectify this without me driving the aid in again and picking it up a few hours later. I wished to get the wire replaced as i waited. ( i have difficulty leaving my mother alone. 98 years old and very frail ... read more
