First Class customer service. I contacted HH in response to an add on TV. Free ear wax removal for over 60's. From the initial phone call to first consultation and to the procedure itself; excellent. Thanks to all concerned, especially David and Conor for their support, courtesy, and professionalism.
Went to Hidden Hearing today my husband was the patient .The girl on reception was so friendly and put us at ease right away.Would recommend this practice to anyone
Went to day get wax removed today guy who done it was very pleasant and told me what was going to happen one of my ears was really blocked and he sorted it thank u plus girl on desk was very friendly it' make it easy going to places were people treat u probably thank again
Went today and was greeted by Denise the receptionist who explained what was going to happen re my ears being unblocked. Kieran was very professional and friendly definitely recommend this place to anyone who has problems with their hearing
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
