I have to say Ruth and Connor were brilliant. Very nice to deal with from the first call to Ruth getting booked in too see Connor. No hassle at all. The hearing aid I got has change my life. I would highly recommend Hidden hearing.
I would highly recommend Hidden hearing to anyone. I have had the best experience. Connor and Ruth go above and beyond to help. I had a few questions at the start and they were answered or if I needed to see Connor I was seen that day. Their customer care is outstanding. They hearing aids themselves have certainly made a BIG difference to my life, I missed a lot before I got them. Don't hesitate to go to Hidden Hearing. Jo-Ann
Very professional and good customer service .
Would never go back there again.. when at middle of December to get my ear check for wax and was told my appointment would for wax removal on the 6 of Feb and would be 70 pound then in middle of January I got call ask if I can rearrange it for 5th of February and I said that fine and then today get call and ask can the change it again.. I said no since I already told work I not be I that day because I have appointments .. definitely would not recommend had hearing aid person .. to ring your customer twice with month as to ch... read more
