Hard to get through to on the phone then when booking online wanted it changed appointment for a later date unless I can bring someone with me. Went elsewhere
I have to say Ruth and Connor were brilliant. Very nice to deal with from the first call to Ruth getting booked in too see Connor. No hassle at all. The hearing aid I got has change my life. I would highly recommend Hidden hearing.

I had a few questions at the start and they were answered or if I needed to see Connor I was seen that day. Their customer care is outstanding.
