The restaurant is operated by a 3rd generation Ellison and current pitmaster Jeff and has been serving the greatest BBQ in the Tri-State area since 1957. Our smokers use real hickory wood and our meats are cooked low & slow for that authentic barbecue flavor. They have Great Ribs, Chicken, Lamb with Sides. I Love It! Their Meats are so Good!
