The restaurant is operated by a 3rd generation Ellison and current pitmaster Jeff and has been serving the greatest BBQ in the Tri-State area since 1957. Our smokers use real hickory wood and our meats are cooked low & slow for that authentic barbecue flavor. Could not get a refill on water the whole time hour and a half I was there. Waitress did not mention certain meals were unavailable until others at the table were served their food.
