Made the process easy. Consultations were thorough. Billing was explained and they were upfront with costs. Experienced two phases of braces with this provider. Nice touch with offering cookies or slushee after each appointment. Makes the experience something good to remember for children, even though dental work can be tough.
If you enjoy long wait times and rude front office staff then this is the place to go. The office has gone down hill quickly since Dr. Erkis retired. They over charge for an in complete job...
My daughter had to go through 2 phases(well she had to have braces young) for her braces and I must say that they were very professional and understood what was needed for my daughter to have perfect teeth.
A great office. They will consider all treatment plans for your child. At every appointment my children felt comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Every single one if my visits were great! Great staff who truly care. I was extremely scared when I started my braces journey but it was one of the best decisions I ever made thanks to a great staff.

Dr. Hickman has done an excellent job with my sons teeth. He is very knowledgeable and kind . His staff is amazing and always makes us feel very welcome whenever we go there. I always reccomend him anytime my friends or family members ask about a good orthodontist !
