Started Invisalign with Hickman orthodontics. Shortly after, I started experiencing painful jaw locking and TMJ. After bringing it to their attention, I felt my issue was dismissed. They wanted to continue treatment as normal. They told me to use ice. Again, I had jaw locking and pain, which was impacting my everyday life. Very welcoming and kind. The front desk staff remembered me and greeted me by name upon my arrival at every appointment. The Orthodontist Assistants and Drs. Hickman and Slania made sure I was comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. I highly recommend this practice.
Everyone on the team makes you feel comfortable. They were professional and encouraging throughout the entire braces process, each visit was stress free and left me feeling like improvement was happening. Would definitely recommend to seek them out for anyone who is anxious or unsure when it comes to dental care.
My son recently finished up his ortho care with Dr. Hickman's office. It's been a very positive experience. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. It's a busy office but it is run very efficiently and our appointments have always been on time. His final results look great!
