HHL are unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and at times rude. I refuse to give my name for obvious reasons. They make our life a misery and never do what they say they will. Terrible communication. They employ the world's worst contractors for every job - do they have no comprehension of the concept "buy cheap buy twice"? These are our homes you have zero respect for.
Unprofessional service. Very abrasive management and extremely defensive when challenged. Authorised external contractor to enter my property to trim trees down without consultation or approaching me to deal with. They never feel they are wrong about anything.
Incompetence deserving of awards. In the two short years we've had to deal with them, they have: 1)Taken almost two months to fix a serious leak in our kitchen ceiling . To clarify, it took a month and a half of pestering before they even started to fix it, and all the while every time it rained, our kitchen was soaked. 2)Taken more than six months to install a post box in our building foyer. 3)Changed the locks of our building with one week's notice- the notice being a note and a new key placed in everyone's post box (at le... read more
Another month, another load of waffle from this company. Letters telling me to remove my satellite dish (I don't have one and never have) and a letter telling me to stop smoking in the communal area (I don't smoke). Mind you, they have some way to go to beat a previous letter telling me to remove a fence I allegedly had installed in front of my house - I live in a first floor flat on the other side of the road. Highly unprofessional and very rarely respond to emails from residents. Very defensive culture and more than happy to blame others for their failings and shortcomings. Would not recommend and sincerely hope your development is not being managed by these clowns!
