I had an urgent situation and went to HH Tyres just to get air in my tyre. Instead of offering basic help in an emergency, they immediately said it would cost £10 – and acted like they were doing me a favour. It didn’t feel customer-friendly at all. On top of that, I asked them to replace a front indicator bulb. They charged £15 for it, but when I checked later, the bulb itself costs only around £2. These guys made a small job on my car into a bigger more expensive nightmare which is still not fixed after a year. Worst place I've been to, don't understand how they are even allowed to work on cars.
