Yesterday I had a new wifi alarm system fitted by HG Vess Security Systems. A local company on the Wirral. Firstly may I say that their work ethic, professionalism and customer care are second to none. From the first phone call, the survey, quote and installation I really couldn't fault them or in deed ask for better. This is a family firm who really looks after their customers and I can't thank them enough for their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I recently had an alarm system supplied and installed by HG Vess. I was very pleased with the time spent on a thorough specification tailored to our needs. The installation of the various components went smoothly with no mess. I recommend David and his team to anyone wanting an alarm system.
We recently had our alarm system upgraded to a more modern and effective system. H G Vess came out and carried out a survey and discussed our requirements with us and supplied a comprehensive specification and price which we accepted. The Engineer came at the agreed time and carried out the work efficiently with the minimum of disruption in a friendly and courteous manner. Highly recommended.
Fantastic company from the first phone call to the installation. Excellent workmanship and top notch kit. Extremely polite installer Simon did a fantastic neat job and talked us through the alarm and it’s keypad. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for securing your property with either an alarm system or cctv system. Full marks to the office staff for always taking calls for advice.
