Overall the training was good with lot of examples explained according to the topics. It was an interactive class with practical scenarios. We learned lot of new information about care givers and hfh roles and responsibilities which was very helpful.
The lecturer, Enrique was very good and helpful. He made the training session very interesting and easy to understand.
