Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. Get down and meet Rohan. Within a week I visited from Surrey, viewed a beautiful M340i, and scheduled a pick up for the following weekend. HF worked out a few minor scratches and have offered to pay for an alloy refurb as we noticed a small scuff. Do not have one negative word to say. Will be back when I have another itch to scratch.
Terrible dealership!!! My son sold a car 6 months ago to them, not transferred into there name. Therefore my son has been getting fines etc... from DVLA as they think he's driving around in the car untaxed. We've chased this several times, either being told they haven't got the V5 and they've requested a new one or they had the V5 but have sent it off. If I could give 10 stars I would. Purchased my first ever performance car (Alfa Giulia QV) from HF performance and could not fault the service provided by the owners. Great comms, really polite, friendly, and just all around an amazing experience from start to finish. I was also given a complimentary bottle of expensive champagne upon collection which was not expected and really made the moment that extra special for me. Shocking place.. dodgy cars that have been clocked miles back I would advice staying far away from this place… involved in crime..
