I lived in a property managed by Heywood & Partners for two years. While the tenancy itself was generally uneventful, my experience at the end of the tenancy has been deeply disappointing and raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of their deposit handling process. Lived at the Tolworth location for one year. Mo the concierge is Excellent! Tempted to give this 5 stars only because of him. Always helpful, always Prompt, and will always have a solution or suggestion for you. There is only one internet provider option, Hyperoptic, but you can go with any electricity provider you wish. The council tax was just of £200. Only after we moved in were we told that we needed to have to pay an additional £90 monthly for water and air conditioning.
