Jason Trapaneese, at Hayward Allen Toyota works at the Service Department. He has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. He was pleasant to talk to and very detailed in explaining what the problem was about my vehicle. First of all Maria Fennell sales person is an amazing salesperson. She’s there till the end to make sure you are a satisfied customer. (I have purchased 13 new cars and 1 used car from Heyward Allen Toyota). The service department is on top of things to make sure you have the best service. My old car was done. I am Hospice nurse and need reliable transportation. Friday, I chatted on line and gave my information. Trey sent me a video message. I did my research and narrowed down my choice of cars. I called Trey and set up appointment on Monday. Trey met me.with a smile, he listened and we worked to get the car I needed. Cliff helped with fiance and Kathy was so nice though chat with me. I was dreading the whole buying car experience. But, the team at Heyward Allen live their motto " Excellence "!!! Thank you!!!
