Excellent service. Illuminated tire light guided me to get a check-up. 14Oct19 was not a good day, had a two hour 15 minute wait. Arrived, Service RepresentativeR took key, wrote ticket at 12:15. R.O. opened 13:09 - Ready at 13:09. This was disappointing, Holiday, bad timing for this alert. Service was great, happy that there were no nails in tire!
JR was the most patient and respectful person I have ever delt with buying a car. I hate changing cars and he walked me through decisions that I was unsure about. The dealership didn’t come over and try to pressure you in buying a car that day. I appreciated that immensely!
