I have been thinking to upgrade my beloved 2010 RAV4 for a while now..went for an oil change and Kathy Elliot, Mr.Randrekus (Drek) Burton and Mr. Kelvin Lee for 2 days of me going back and forth with doubts and questions were super patient, courteous and kind with me and Chiki! I love my new 2019 RAV4 XLE Premium!
