Thank you Ian, you put me at ease, and even made me laugh. You explained why my problem was caused, so simple, and I am keeping up the exercises, I really do recommend him to all my friends.
I am very happy with the physio my mother has had from yourselves. It has made her legs stronger and she has been motivated by the exercises given to do.

Ian has helped me in the past by sorting out my tennis elbow. Very pleasant , thorough and knowledgeable . Most recently I had to see him for an Achille's tendon and he also took care of my son's hamstring issue. Highly recommended.
