The service appointment was a good experience thanks to Kyle Robinson. He was efficient, knowledgable, and polite. He squeezed in a washing, and vacuuming as well, so I could leave in a sparkly clean freshly serviced car. While waiting you can work with the free internet the service provides! Very friendly staff and easy appointment setting.
Andrew Burke was very helpful. The oil change was quicker than the initial time quoted and they even washed and vacuumed my ugly car! He kept me posted along the way so I wasn't left wondering what was going on or how much longer it was going to take.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Jetta at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford and was completely satisfied from the moment I stepped into the building. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and I particularly enjoyed working with Caduste, who was a knowledgeable and friendly sales person. Overall I would highly recommend stopping in to Colonial Volkswagen of Medford.
I can say that having shopped for a car because me lease was up was dreadful. I had issues with my credit and Javier the salesman and his manager Daniel made me feel as though there was no issue at all. We did discuss my circumstances and what caused my issues and within a few hours I left in another Vw lease with a lower payment than the car I had been driving. Great service and support by Dan Goodman, my salesperson, and Jason Giacoppo, manager, at this top notch VW car dealership. I just leased a 2016 Jetta 6 speed manual 2.0 GLI that is exactly what I wanted. Both Dan and Jason worked the phones to find me the car and get it up here from PA, which was not an easy feat.
