I rent with Hertz both domestically and internstionaly. I do not understand why the PHL operation seems so bad. The personnel at the lot are very professional, however getting to the lot using your bus is a disappointing experience.
Hertz is the best. I am a Hertz Gold member and I have been renting from them for over 2 years. I receive many perks and discounts on my rental cars. The staff provides superb customer service, and is always willing to assist you.

Waited for the Hertz bus as 3 or 4 other Rental company bus went by. This is the 3rd time, there were no buses. You hVe to wonder whether the Hertz Phl operations cares at all about customers. Asked the driver and he basically said...what do you want me to do about it???
