This place will outright lie to you to make more money. I had already rented an electric car off of priceline a month ago and when I arrived late on a Friday. Christina told me that the electric car would not be able to go to Bensalem 30 mins away. She said the car would have to be charged for 2 hours. I pre rented (prepaid for $162.00) through a third party, a vehicle to pick up at hertz in Philadelphia airport and when I picked up the vehicle the person I talked to of corse was up selling, I agreed to gas$50 and insurance$31.99 ...he said my total with a discount was $210.51...WELL he charged $210.51 for upgrades that I didn't agree to plus the car rental for a total of $411.00 and that's on top of the $162.00 that I had already paid! The staff here are across the board excellent. The gentlemen checking me at the gate was a real pro. The woman who checked me in was even better. It is always a good experience when renting here.

These people are crooks. I use AAA to order my compact car. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have any available. I took their upgrade and they charge me double. I decline the fuel refill charge which was 15 cents above the surrounding area. Before returning the vehicle, I fuel up completely and because I didn't have a receipt that tact on fuel charge of 18 dollars. Can't stand dishonest people. Will never rent again from this Hertz location.
