Friendly, easy, efficient, good selection of cars and nice shuttle driver.
Courteous, helpful staff was fantastic. Helped us out when we were in a jam following a flight diversion. Highest recommendation for hertz gold service at the Philadelphia Airport.
Shuttle service was a bit slow. All else was adequate.
