The manager (I forgot his name.) was great. I asked for the drop off service ($15; by the way, well worth it when you're running late.) at the terminal. He actually volunteered to do it himself. Very personable. He's going to go a long way.
The service is good. The staff is courteous and friendly. When leaving Hertz, a representative drove me to the terminal so I wouldn't miss my train.
