Only thing against is I filled up the tank, and gasoline was still charged... can I recover that amount
I was given a choice of filling the car on return or paying the 1399 fee for under 75 miles. I chose to refill the car myself. When I got my bill for 1399 was charged to me. I was told by a hertz representative that is an automatic bill of 1399 if you drive under 75. Miles. This should be explained upfront not after-the-fact. Very poor communication
Gold Club Member. No car in designated slot. Had to go back in and ask unfriendly lady for a car. What a shame. Lady was very cold and unfriendly.

Always have a great experience at Hertz - Philadelphia Int'l Airport. Staff is friendly and courteous. Check- out and check-in are fast. This is consistently the best experience I have had renting a car.
Easy, fast, courteous, a clean & good car (the make and model I requested when making my reservation), and offered a complementary ride to the terminal in the car instead of riding the bus. A good experience all around.
