차 키를 건네주는 사람의 태도가 우리들의 여행 기분을 얼마나 좌우하는 지 깨닫게 된 곳입니다. 렌트카 여행 경험이 많은 편인데 이 곳에서 차를 빌린 경험이 최고였습니다. 젊은 곱슬머리 남자분이 (안타깝게도 이름을 안 물어봤네요) 천사같은 미소로 천천히 친절하게 설명을 해주셨어요. 차도 선택할 수 있게 보여주셨구요. 경직된 얼굴로 좀 더 높은 레벨의 보험을 권유하거나 이런 저런 경고성 멘트를 하는 일반적인 렌트카 직원들과 태도가 너무나 달랐어요. 덕분에 키를 받는 순간부터 여행에 대한 설렘이 배가 되었습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶을 정도로 감사한 마음입니다.

Really disappointed they haven’t returned the $200 deposit and it’s now been three weeks! We even did a walk through of the car with their team and the car with left immaculate with tank full. Avoid

Came the morning of to see if there happened to be a car to rent for the day. We were greeted and served by Zi, who was so chill and so helpful. He got it all sorted for us with no nonsense. We were very happy with our service and the car was great.

This is a huge shout out to FENNA the receptionist which really made my holiday kick off to an amazing start. On my arrival to pickup my rental car the office was closed as l had previously read the operating hours though totally got that wrong. FENNA was still sitting at the counter and no doubt was just getting ready to take a break. FENNA saw me and kindly opened the doors and l apologised for coming in out of opening hours. She Immediately invited me in and helped me find my booking and starting processing straight away ... read more
