Spent 11 hrs at this dealer. It was until 7 hours in they said they could not use my credit union, even though I was already preapproved. Tried to find different ways to make it work. Never could. Then we decided to use their bank. The one they chose was closed so we couldn't continue and I was done at that point. It wasted my day. Bobby the location manager was uneducated on GA laws even though he was there for a year. I do not recommend working with this location to get a car.
Received one non personal email a week later.
Ask for pictures of a truck and they quickly responded that it was raining and they would when it stopped. I waited 2 days and messaged them again 2 times within the next 2 or 3 days and still no response. Was a very interested buyer and they missed out
I replied to their first email to me that same day, and then, after not hearing anything, I forwarded the same reply to them again to make sure they received the first one. After receiving four auto-response emails from them - I still haven't heard a peep. Such a strange way to do business. I mean, I don't mind using the phone, but I asked very specific questions over email and never had them answered. FAIL.

I am glad to have an opportunity to say that I went to see a nissan altima 2014. I saw the car and then I saw 2015 mod. Very close to the same price. Lee was just very helpful and no pressure, was able to make our own decisions. Thanks for good experience.
Great experience. Great salesman and very helpful.
It took well over a week for a response. My only question was the color of the interior. When dealer replied, the question wasnt answered.
