We actually bought a different RAV4 as this one was already sold and had a great experience!
The car in question had already been sold but the associate I spoke with wasn't very interested in speaking with me at all! He sounded bored and very uninterested in speaking with me. Not very professional at all.
Practically begging to buy the vehicle. Poor response time and follow up. The vehicle needs to go to the dealer with no explanation on issue. Turns me off on the whole buying experience with this Hertz location.
