Great sales person! The dealership staff was very friendly.
After two weeks and 4-5 phone calls with no return calls I’m done. Price of vehicle was okay so I held onto hope. But obviously hertz is going out of business for a reason. Staff doesn’t respond. They have cars listed they said they sold but are on the lot available a week later?? They obviously have a lot of communication problems. The excuse is always they are busy. Then hire staff. Very unprofessional. My father test drive a car on Tuesday of this week. I came back the next day and they said they could not sale me the car because of damages but never mentioned any of these damages prior. They will list cars and then turn around and say they can not sale because of damages and/or mechanical issues. They will run your credit and right before you sign they will back out on you. Please be careful when dealing with these people.
They sent me 2 messages and then quit talking to me. Completely ghosted me.
