They charged me $600 for a 3 day car rental. I reserved the car through price line $193 (included basic insurace) i pick the car up they said total cam to $253 and there is a $200 deposit ( so $453) I said I already paid through priceline. They said priceline and the deposit would be refunded when I return the car. 3 days later I return car and guess what!?!! They never returned any money. I paid over $600. Beware! Worst rental car ever! The windshield wipers were not functioning properly while I was driving in a snowstorm. I could not see out the window and had to park the vehicle. Hertz customer service was the absolute worst and insulted me.

I rented a car from Hertz in November. The car was returned and paid for. Two months later I noticed that I had been charged a second time for the rental. I verified that the original charge had been processed in November. I then called the local Hertz office where I had picked up the car. They were unaware of the second charge and couldn't explain it. I will NEVER be using Hertz or Dollar rental again. We picked up our rental at MCO. Upon picking it up we were asked about the different "coverage" options, we stated that we did not want any extra coverage for anything. The employee said ok, I just need you to sign declining the coverages. We did not receive anything to read over, just signed on the electronic pen pad. i made a reservation online and it charged me all these fees that i did not agree to and was a higher price than what i agreed to on the website. It also changed my selection from 7 passenger to 5 passenger. I immediately clicked cancel or modify reservation and it would not allow me to even though my reservation was a week out and it said i can cancel with no penalty. If you ever rent make sure make sure that you go out there and walk around the vehicle with one of the employees and not only that you make sure you get something in writing saying there is no damage. I walked around the vehicle with one of the workers and no damage was noticed or reported or said anything of. Then I get papers in the mail saying I owe $1600 for bumper damage. If I could leave zero stars I would!! We have been driving 5 hours to try and figure out how to finish my payment process. We weren't notified about the Hertz we rented from was closed down for good, but was told we can leave the keys there and just go to a facility that was open and they would finish the process. We went to one that was open but was told they couldn't do anything until they had the car which they weren't going to pick up so we had to go pick it up. I went here with a confirmed reservation and turned away by 3 males in the store, I had them speak to customer service on the phone and Randy was very rude with me a d the agent, I then watched two people walk in both males and them tell them they had a car ready which one would they like they brushed me off when I asked why weren't they able to provide a car to me hosea the manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me or the agent on the phone I am outraged and feel very discriminated against I will be filing this report w... read more

Never again. Terrible experience at West Palm Beach Airport. Long line, no benches to sit. I'm handicapped senior person had to stay almost an hour to get my reserved car. They mislead their customers. When other companies saying luxury is Chrysler or equal, they specify Lincoln Continental or equal. There is no way that Chrysler 300 is equal Continental. I'm very disappointed. Never again I will do any business with this company.
