Just called me the afternoon before a morning hire (pre paid for many months ago) and told me they have no car available so I shouldn’t come. “This is happening more and more for us. I have called Heathrow and they have nothing either.” Hardly going the extra here! What is the point in paying for a car if you can’t work the logistics to deliver one when you’re an international franchise? I have used them five times without issue over the years and this sadly will be the last time.

Branch called on day of hiring to say they couldn't provide the car I'd hired. Going away for an important weekend and booked the car many weeks in advance. Left scrambling around to find a car at the last minute...to be called back to say the found one (why didnt they have it in the 1st place), too late the damage was done, we couldn't risk not having a car for a journey to our daughters wedding. Found a car at Traffic in Park St at short notice. Who gave a 5 star service and saved the day.

Non-Airport Hertz locations are becoming increasingly rare so good to know this one is still around. Rented a Polestar 2 for a few days from this branch. Service was friendly, car was in top notch condition bar some alloy scuffs and price was reasonable for the quality of the car. Will use this branch again for sure
