Hertz Green Lane have been dumping their vans illegally across our residential gate for years, making it dangerous to pull out onto the road. Was advised over the phone to come into branch for a cheaper rate. After spending £110 on a taxi to get there, I was then told I am not able to rent a van?
Sue told me to come down, after paying such high prices for so long on the 24/7 vans to get a better offer. After arriving, I was then told they cant offer me a price at all. Complete waste of time and money! AVOID.
