If you’re going on a cruise and you wanna drop off your car here, you sure as heck better plan in advance and know exactly where this place is located. I am an adept navigator of foreign cities, but it was nearly impossible to find this location when I attempted to make my drop off. Nobody at Hertz could help me either. Through trial and error I eventually located it. Case you need it here’s the coordinates: (50.9011988, -1.4124218) Don’t bother going to IKEA there’s nothing to do with that store

I had a terrible experience with Hertz Southampton and the BVRLA when trying to rent a vehicle. Despite meeting the stated requirements, Hertz refused to provide the car for inconsistent reasons. At the Southampton branch, I was first told my booking was denied because I don’t hold a UK driving license.
