Worst car rental of the world, I would give -5 points if I could. They told me 5 hours before my pic up time, that hey had no car for me. No alternative no substitutions

Avoid Booking From This Company Just 25 minutes before my scheduled pick-up, I was informed that the car was no longer available due to vague “unforeseen circumstances" with no proper explanation or offer of a replacement. All I received was a dismissive “sorry, it’s out of our hands.” It felt like a scene straight out of that Seinfeld episode the one where a rental company is perfectly capable of taking a reservation and money out of your hand, but completely incapable of honouring it. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! we rented a car for the week to use on a family holiday. we had to ring up on the Friday to ask to change to pick up on the Saturday, the man we spoke too seemed to not know what he was doing, left us on hold for 30 minutes, had to keep repeating ourselves as he was not understanding what we needed. Recently booked a car through a third party site, I received an email the day before stating they had had a fleet issue and couldn't honor the booking. No phone call no alternative offered. Just about 18 hours notice to sort an alternative.
