Paid online for petrol vw golf was given an all electric corsa was a nightmare takes 4 hours to charge even on a rapid charger u have to download apps to use a charger u have to put money on the app via a debit card and also when I took car back I was overcharged and they also charge you the tax separate to what your final price is online who does that lol ?? Every other car rental place charges the tax with the final price why u take it separate after the cars already rented is ridicilouse and a scam
My son Booked through a third party - He went to collect the car today and was immediately met with a hostile welcome, walked in and the female staff member called Debbie, face dropped - extremely rude and defensive from the start. Have to mention that my son is a mixed raced male in his late 20's. The manager paul then joined Debbie and kept saying "well you wont get a volkswagen" (that was the car booked and paid for).
