This was the BEST experience I've ever had renting a car! We did not have to wait to pick up the car, in fact we were 15mins late. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't driven in a while, I was shown around the car in great detail, we were offered a free upgrade of our choice which was much appreciated. What a fantastic way to ease back into being behind the wheel again. No overselling or pressure, just an amazing pick up. Drop off was equally as easy ☺️

Rented a car from the Southgate branch of Hertz and had an excellent experience thanks to Imraan. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond by lending me his own phone cable when mine stopped working. That small act allowed me to connect my phone to the car for navigation—genuinely a lifesaver. You can really feel his sincerity and dedication to great customer service. Highly appreciated and would definitely recommend!
