They're the worst car rental company I've ever seen. They try to trick you with insurance to sell you the most expensive car possible. The service at the pickup counter is terrible. Then, to resend me a traffic ticket email, they charged me £42. They're thieves.

No phone number to contact them on, online service really poor, the only number it is on payment. It is not free to call, you will be charged to make the call by any service provider. Give the cars without the key, you can be stuck under rain coz of the phone and the car not linking. Or wait 25 min outside the car on your driveway, just because the car again is not linking and therefore you cannot open it up.
5 stars is not enough! Amazing service and an incredible team. Misha on gold service goes above and beyond and is always welcoming and knows his customers well, new and old. I couldn’t recommend this hertz office more, just wish other car rentals were as good to deal with!
