Hertz van hire from Costco car park...BEWARE!! After a complete mess up by Herzt they offered us a van we could collect from Costco car park. The van would not open with the password, so they offered us extended time on a different van. A few days later a parking fine turns up for going over the 3 hours in Costco car park despite parking the car where the van was. Tried to appeal and neither Hertz or Costco want to know about it. £100 fine has now got to be paid on top of everything else, making what was already a stressful ... read more
