Very efficient. Helpful staff
Andy and Nicki helped us out enormously, sorting out a difficulty with a car rental via a different provider. We were able to keep our current vehicle instead of changing and having to learn to drive another. Amazing service, friendly and warm. Would definately use them again.
If it was possible to give this place a -5 out of 5 I would. NEVER EVER use this place. £450 of damage charges for a “dent” completely invisible to the naked eye. Spent £700 on rentals over a 5 week stay back home in the UK and got hit with this additional charge via email. Multiple attempts to reach someone with a brain cell within the Hertz “Customer Service” team have proved futile. A call center in God knows where simply quotes back the rental agreement in a “computer says no” manner. Do not use these total crooks!
