Great service
We waited 2 hours at the airport Hertz desk for our pre-booked car. We had waited for 2 hours until a staff member finally confessed everyone had to wait so long because there were no cars available (yet). Apparently, they gave away some reserved cars to other people and they had to still wash and prepare the other cars. Keys only came in every other twenty minutes. Mauvaise expérience avec le personnel de cette agence. Il a refusé de mettre à disposition la voiture louée et payée d’avance en prétextant que mon permis est plastifié. Il arnaque les clients avec cette raison. Ce n’est pas une condition officielle de refus de location. Mon permis est valable dans toute l’Europe et j’ai du louer ailleurs sans problème. Fuyez cette agence Hertz. Allez ailleurs ils acceptent les permis français.
