I have rented cars hundreds of times throughout my career and I can say without hesitation the experience I had renting with the Hertz Cambridge, Clifton Rd Industrial Estate location in the UK was among the best experiences I have ever had. Very good cars, super kind people. We rented cars several times there and we are always pleased. The guys working there are always so nice, friend, and helpful. They go above and beyond for you!

1. Their phone number is charged at 84p for 6 seconds. This is a scam. 2. They will go over your car meticulously upon return to find the tiniest scratches that would have never been picked up on a photo or a video beforehand. This is a scam. Most likely the scratches were there before you took the van out. Beware!
