1. Their phone number is charged at 84p for 6 seconds. This is a scam. 2. They will go over your car meticulously upon return to find the tiniest scratches that would have never been picked up on a photo or a video beforehand. This is a scam. Most likely the scratches were there before you took the van out. Beware!

Update another rental mid-March: Great experience once again. Thanks team! The limited hours are not the best, but your pricing makes more than up for it. Great experience renting a Polestar 2 from here multiple times with far better pricing than competitors. The approach here is "Be an easy customer, and we'll make your hire experience easy too". Hertz Car Hire - Cambridge, can you contact me? I have booked a car with you from Feb 27 till March 3 and would like to make a change to the reservation but the contact page on the Hertz website doesn't work - it displays a white page. Louis Errembault
