Recently rented from Gatwick South absolutely shocking Avoid @ all costs please people . Know deposit back Plus keep sending me emails for traffic parking ticket I've paid & been refunded from the company who charged me . This company is an absolute JOKE I will take you to court I've had enough of you BS And trying to get hold of anybody @ the Counter or help because your company is a joke Best of luck with that .

These car hire companies are a law unto themselves. After the initial hire, they took £32 from my account, and today they have taken another £82, I have no idea what these charges are for. They don’t even have the decency to send an email, for a break down for what the charges are for. Never again, and I rent cars at least once every six weeks.

We were very dissatisfied with the service especially when unexplained charges appeared on our invoice. This is very disappointing behaviour and we will be taking appropriate action to recover the funds. Just because a company has your credit card details does not mean they are entitled to help themselves to your funds without explanation or your prior approval. We no longer trust this company to behave in the correct manner.
