Totally incompetent. They don't explain anything, don't give us any paperwork or information. We end up paying an amount that is not the same as the one indicated on the paperwork we receive later by email. What's more, they try to rip you off by charging for damage that can't be verified (for example, a nail in the tire in a place that can't be seen with the naked eye). They used to be a reliable rental company, but that has changed. Give them a miss; there are much better rental companies out there.
Definitely not recommended- advise to use any other rental company available
