The customer service is absolutely diabolical, I have been due a refund For over four weeks now… You can only talk to somebody on the live chat and when you finally do get through to somebody, you are just completely swept away and told to email the company. I have since emailed the company and have not had a response in over 10 days… They are more than happy to keep taking money out of your account, but when you need it back, Absolutely no chance. Never again
