Went to buy wood screws from B&Q I've never been there before finding the hardware department in total disarray The product's had been removed from there package and boxes were torn apart with products obviously stolen and not replaced. It took me 20minuets and still didn't find what I was looking for which was decking screws I went to a member off staff to complain and was told that the whole wharehouse was in total disarray not just the hardware department I left dont think I'll be returning
