Be very careful renting from here, I got in the van and it almost had no fuel(meant to have 1/4 at least). So I put £40 in and went to pay with the fuel card and pin provided, which declined multiple times, couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone as it's just a robot. So I had to pay for the fuel with my personal card and I'm still waiting for the refund over 6 weeks later.

Website doesn't work. Tried with 3 different browsers. Blank screen when you enter dates and error NRX201 before that. Not sure if this business is actually open...
Can't find it, cannot phone it, it's as if they don't want to hire a car to me. The phone number on here connects to B&Q, not to Hertz!
