When I dropped the car off after the rental period I asked when the £200 deposit would be returned, by “midnight” I was told. 2 days later and a live chat I’m now being told it can be held for up to 30 days! Not to mention all the pushy sales when I went to collect the car, receipt also shows a £13 charge for fuel despite the car being full on fuel on return. Monkeys

Super easy process. Best car hire experience yet - well done
Not a great service, didn’t come out to car and help advise on how things worked. Didn’t advise on drop off and got a charge for going through airport with the companies Apple Maps and google maps not being in the right location and no consideration from staff on the situation.
