Amazing treatment by Alastair for my spine problem. The atmosphere of the treatment room is very calm and relaxing. I always come out feeling taller and less tense. Would highly recommend Alastair the treatment is always good.

After suffering from numbness and pins and needles in my arms, neck and head for over two months, a friend recommended I visit Alastair at Hertford Osteopaths. He identified the problem as being postural caused by my work and after around six visits I began to see a vast improvement! My symptoms are almost gone now. I would thoroughly recommend Alastair. He's professional, polite and friendly.
Alistair has been looking after my back for many years now and i wouldn't trust anyone else. He takes time to get to know you, knows what he is doing and always offers advice on treatments/exercise you can do at home. Nice guy. Would definately recommend.
