Just wanted to share my experience with Heron windows. Right from the start with a phone call into the office to the survey in my home and onto the fitting of our amazing quality windows, everyone we dealt with was fantastically professional and very proud of what they did and the service they provided. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail and the fastidious nature of the staff was second to none. All I can say is thank you to you all for the way you looked after us and our home.
The service from Herron Windows has been impeccable, The communication between myself and the company was second to none. All questions answered professionally and full of information to help me every step of the way. The day of installation a full team arrived on time and worked non stop until finished. All the rear windows looked amazing and no mess was left after installation. All very professional and courteous throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company and will be returning for the front windows.
Absolutely shocking service. I ordered 3 doors in January for fitting in April on an agreed date with the surveyor. No contact, then fitters turn up with only 2 doors. Can’t give me a date for 3rd door even though they’ve had 3 months. No contact from Heron, when I call them they are very rude and hang up. Contract fitters are great , but the company awful.
I had a conservatory fitted some years ago and have just had to replace the end caps on the roof. The roof on my neighbours side gutter was so poorly fitted and the roof itself is also poorly fitted. These are the things that you don’t see until you have to do some maintenance.
