I recently scheduled an appointment with Ames Family Dental for one reason...online scheduling. But after my first appointment, I’ll be staying with Ames Family Dental because their customer service is second to none. Smiling Big. The hygienist was very compassionate and took care of my needs- I like to have the water and suction more often and that was no problem. She asked me how I liked information and what was important to me so that she could get to know me better. The dentist was able to look at my shiny cleaned, polished and flossed teeth and send me on my way. Took about an hour.
