We had to put our boy down I found them very pushy and coming out with the needle to put him to sleep in the car park within a minute of me arriving to say goodbye to him saying they can do it in the boot of our car. In my eyes very poor customer service and disrespectful as we had spent over 5k on him in a few months with them
