I cannot recommend Helena highly enough. She knew exactly how to treat my stiff shoulders and recurring tennis elbow. Great pressure, good stretches and l loved her non greasy massage wax. I left feeling about a foot taller. She is professional yet personable. I will be booking a regular massage with her as I know this will really help me look after my body. Thanks Helena!

I’ve been going to Helena for the past year for mainly lower back issues and she has massively improved my quality of life! I have lower back pain from working at a computer all day but she could see that I was generally misaligned. It has made me more aware of my posture, and how I sit and work. I have been seeing Helena since September 2018. She is very good and local and deep tissue massage. Since starting working with her I feel a massive improvement on my muscles and recovery time from exercise. She lovely as well when I need to reschedule and often when I have a problem with a muscle she suggested good stretching exercises which has been a great help. She has been the only masseuse I returned to every time.
One of the best massages I’ve had; thorough, relaxing and professional. No soreness afterwards. Certainly going to be back for more
