Extremely Frustrating Experience with Repeat Medication I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Herne Hill Group Practice regarding my ADHD medication. Great marbling workshop. Fun, informative and creative
I’ve been struggling with eczema for a long time and with my experiences in the past, I’ve felt that many doctors/dermatologists don’t always listen and just give me some steroid cream and thats it, however Dr McKerron was the complete opposite. She really showed that she cared about my situation and put all my worries to ease by explaining things in a way that made me understand but also more confident that I can solve the problem. In 2021, I gave the surgery 5 stars because I was fortunate to get Alex on the phone to help me deal with issues regarding my 90 year old neighbour. She was charming, accommodating and understanding. 25 Feb 2025, I had a phone appointment which came 51 minutes late. On that occasion, I was informed, in the opinion of the doctor, the delay was acceptable. I told him that I didn’t think it was. I've found the GPs to be excellent, and the practice staff responsive and good to interact with. My work brings me into contact with a lot of GP practices, and I sense that this place is genuinely well run. On one occasion, Dr Fisher went out of his way to help us when we had a bit of an emergency. There's always a diversity of opinion, but I want to give credit where I see it!
